OneRisk is an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) consultancy providing specialist strategic and technical risk management expertise with a focus on climate change , including state of the art Risk Assessment and Tools. We provide external expertise to inform, guide , validate and challenge the development of your ERM framework. We specialise in advising organisations on designing and implementing their climate change strategic plans.
Our Team
Martin Massey – Managing Director
Martin has worked in the risk management profession for over 30 years for some of the leading global insurance and risk consulting firms including Swiss Re; AIG, Enstar Group and within risk consulting practices of Marsh, and Aon.
He is a leading practitioner in enterprise risk management with a strong technical background in actuarial science and risk financing and brings breadth and depth of experience having advised companies in over 30 countries. Specific technical ERM areas of expertise include risk appetite strategy; stress and scenario testing; emerging risk management and capital modelling. Martin has recently developed a Climate training course for the Institute of Risk Management with the Imperial College.

Simon Hillard
Highly experienced, strategic risk professional with back office and senior front office and risk experience from leading financial institutions
Particular strengths in credit and operational risks with notable recent involvement in ESG
Project managed the establishment of SMBC London branch before becoming the Head of Risk, SMF4
Set-up the European Leveraged Loan buy-side business for AIG Investments and was the CLO co-portfolio manager
Established the operational risk platform for PineBridge Investments in London and rolled this out globally
London chapter Steering Committee Member of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA)
Currently working with the local council on Climate Change
